The covenant and the gospel cannot do without the other. The covenant is an Everlasting one as seen in Genesis 17:7 and later in Revelation 14:6-12. God out of His saving grace offers us salvation that we do not deserve and cannot possibly earn, all we have to do in return is to love Him back with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind and with all our strength (Mark 12:30, NKJV).

The kind of relationship God has always wanted with His people is relationship is one with grace and love for the undeserving. God has always seen His people as family even when they do not deserve it, even when they rejecting God.

In Conclusion,

God’s willingness to save man has always been evident from the beginning of the world, before the foundations of the Earth were laid, the Father and the son had United in a covenant to redeem man if he should be overcome by Satan. This redemption was actualized through Israel and where Jesus came forth from and died to make a way for us to saved. I pray that we make good use of this opportunity God has given us to save ourselves from the penalties of sin in Jesus’ name.
